How long is it going to take to remodel my house?
As you might guess every job is different. It depends on how extensive the home improvement is, but in the signed contract there is
always a set commence work date and completion date that is agreed upon by both parties.
How many people are going to be in my house?
That depends on your project but normally no more than three. PHB Construction LLC is a small company and has no intent to be much
bigger. We do not sub out bands of workers to do our work. PHB Construction LLC has a small core group of qualified workers. Most
times just one or two craftsman can do the job. Larger aspects of the job, such as framing in an addition or installing cabinetry may
require additional staff to complete work and ensure safety.
What if there is an unforeseen problem?
It happens. With renovation and remodeling, you never know what's behind the wall. If there's an unforeseen issue, the homeowner is
contacted and all parties are in agreement before work is continued. Sometimes a change order is required to proceed. In that case, it
is added to the contract and signed before work is resumed.
Can I buy my own materials and have you install them?
PHB Construction LLC strongly prefers not to, but not because we add a percentage to materials or mileage costs rather we use
products and distributors that have proven performance and allow us to provide accurate costs in our quote. By using quality products
and materials PHBConstruction LLC can provide superior workmanship.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. The industry standard is 1 year one for workmanship. We normally warranty our workmanship for 2 years.
What do I do if there's a problem after my project is completed?
Our business cards and forms list our name, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail address and website on them. We are also in the
Yellow Pages. If there's a problem please contact us by any of these options and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Many of our
jobs are repeat customers who appreciate our personal service.
