Grand Rapids Basement Remodel

Sometimes a basement already has the drywall hung but not finished.   This was the case in our latest basement remodel.   We do not recommend hanging the drywall before calling us as it is cheaper for us to finish it if we hang it due to our experience in this area.

This homes basement was part of the way there but was never finished.   It took PHB Construction LLC three days to mud, finish and give a coat of primer to all the walls and ceiling.

 

The kids now have a place to watch video games and TV while the parents just increased the homes resale value tremendously.
