Porch Addition
This porch addtion was added after a complete demo of the old structure. PHB Construction found the existing structure rotted, overspanned and undersupported. A new living space was framed in and added in it's place. The new porch was made to code, a hip roof added for proper drainage, rot proof exterior material, seamless gutters and knotty pine ceiling gave this new addition a spectacular renovation.

Water Damaged Basement
Like so many in the past summer of '09 PHB Construction was called to a water damaged basement. The drywall was damaged and moldy 2' up around the perimeter of the basement bedroom. With our dust free system we contained the area with plastic and created negative air. The old water damaged drywall and insulation was removed and replaced with new moisture resistant wallboard and fiberglass insulation. The drywall was then finished to blend with the existing drywall.

Basement Remodel
Sometimes a basement already has the drywall hung but not finished. This was the case in our latest basement remodel. We do not recommend hanging the drywall before calling us as it is cheaper for us to finish it if we hang it do to our experience in this area. This homes basement was part of the way there but was never finished. It took PHB Construction LLC three days to mud, finish and give a coat of primer to all the walls and ceiling. The kids now have a place to watch video games and TV while the parents just increased the homes resale value tremendously.
